Is Nod a bank?
Nod is a payment app. Your account is held with Rubies Microfinance Bank, which is licensed by the CBN.
How much does a transfer cost?
Sending to another bank is ₦10 up to ₦5,000, ₦25 up to ₦50,000, ₦50 above that, and your first 3 bank transfers every month are free. Sending to someone on Nod by @username is always free. You'll always see the fee before you confirm.
What do I need to sign up?
Your BVN, a phone number and a quick selfie. That's it.
What if a transfer fails?
The money comes back to your Nod balance automatically. You'll see it in Activity.
